On Sept. 20, 2008 the kiddos attended a "Stick Horse Rodeo" at West Texas Church at the Barn. We had a great time, but we think the kids needed to be a little older in that they didn't have a CLUE what to do. Now...it didn't help that the parents (Traci and I ) didn't have a clue what to do either. Oh well...we still had fun. We were EXHAUSTED when it was over!!!

A kid from Idalou High School did a little trick roping. It was SO cool.

Kamryn in the Grand Entry.

Champ in the grand entry.

Champ barrel racing. He needed a little hand from Mommy. Not sure what happened to the horse.

Kamryn barrel racing. She is so good she didn't even have to put down her juice. Impressive huh???

James Graham did a little better.

Champ liked standing on the gate and looking at the animals.
Kyndal had a good time too. She hung out in our wagon for the whole time. She loved it. She loved being outside and seeing all the kids. She smiled the whole time.
Before the Rodeo began....they had a puppet show. Kamryn was really interested and liked the puppets. I am actually thinking about visiting this church because of its amazing children's program. I'll keep you updated.
