Kevin's Uneventful Birthday

Kevin had his 37th birthday on September 13th. YES, I SAID 37!!!! We didn't do much. He wanted to stay home and have dinner with our family, so we did. I had thought I was going to get him a Connolly Slalom ski, but it was already gone. He didn't get any presents ON his birthday. (sad, huh???) He did get a few cards and phone calls within the next few days. He bought a Bistro set for our front porch. It is really pretty and goes great with our house. Captain Frugal strikes again in that he waited until it went on a WHOPPING sale. Originally priced for $250.00 and he got it for $100.00. So, I win the bad wife of the year award for making my husband buy his own birthday present and not even taking him out to eat.
